Marketing Officer / Marketing Manager

 

Job Brief

We are looking for a talent to manage and generate Wedding Industry related content for our online presence ranging from our website to social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating original text and graphical content, managing posts and responding to followers and enquiries. You will list The Aisle's imaging by creating engaging content that captures the attention of our target audience.


With our expansion planning, you are also responsible for preparing marketing materials, handling enquiries from potential clients and current members, arranging site visit, organising opening campaign and event(s).


You should have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills as you will need to communicate and coordinate effectively with your colleagues, our members and clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with our business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on social media and website in both Chinese & English
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design
  • Collaborate with our Event Team in organising and executing The Aisle's various events, and market our various events effectively
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Actively assist each member to effectively utilize The Aisle’s various resources, including social media channels, event participation, business development sessions, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain a good relationship with members and clients
  • Assist in the daily operation and ad hoc task as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Chinese and written English
  • Proficiency in relevant social media software such as Instagram and Facebook 
  • Knowledge in relevant graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can do attitude
  • Excellent ability to take initiative and ownership over tasks
  • Excellent team player with an outgoing and cheerful personality
  • Passionate about wedding industry
  • Fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate with solid experience will be considered as Marketing Executive


    Candidate with less experience will be considered an officer role.

     



Business Development Officer / Assistant Officer (Event)

Job Brief

We are looking for a talent to manage and generate Wedding Industry events for wedding vendors and brides-to-be. Events organised will be of editorial photoshoot to seasonal large scale wedding fairs. The individual will also be responsible in managing an event space, and provide customer service on location.


You should have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills as you will need to communicate and coordinate effectively with your colleagues, our members, and our other clients. We encourage fresh graduates who are exploring a career in the wedding industry to apply for this dynamic role and grow with us as we expand both our online and offline presence. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event planning, logistics and on site operations
  • Manage and communicate with vendors
  •  Design and strategize marketing, PR and/or event campaign
  •  Coordinate with outside partners for hosting bridal events
  •  Draft presentation materials
  •  Work with management on developing business opportunities
  •  Manage event space


Job Requirements

  • Must be a team player with outgoing and adaptable personality
  • University Graduate (we welcome fresh graduates)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Presentable, efficient and able to make decisions independently
  • Knowledge of basic office computer software
  • Social Media skills will add additional merit
  • Immediate available is preferred

     


Receptionist (Part-time)

 

Requirements:

  • Can work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer operating knowledge

Job Duties:

  • Welcome guest at The Aisle
  • Provide concierge service to The Aisle members
  • Maintain good operation standards at The Aisle Venues
