Sales Representative (Full-time or Part-time)
 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive membership growth within Hong Kong’s most unique wedding industry community through a base salary plus commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Growth

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into co-working space members across our facilities
  • Conduct facility tours and consultations with potential wedding industry vendors
  • Present membership packages and service offerings to prospective clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding industry professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with community managers to ensure seamless member onboarding


Business Development

  • Identify opportunities within Hong Kong’s wedding industry ecosystem
  • Network at industry events, wedding fairs, and professional gatherings
  • Develop partnerships with wedding vendors and industry stakeholders
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities


Required Qualifications


Essential Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in membership-based products or services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or connections within Hong Kong’s wedding industry - candidates with this background will receive advanced consideration
  • Knowledge of co-working spaces, shared economy, or membership-based business models
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Cantonese) advantageous for Hong Kong market

Part-Time Web Programmer (Remote)

 

 

We are looking for a part-time programmer to help maintain our websites and support ongoing development of our in-house web-based CMS. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours, suitable for someone comfortable working independently and jumping into an existing codebase.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company websites
  • Assist in developing and improving our custom CMS
  • Write, update, and debug code (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Optimize performance, fix bugs, and improve stability
  • Implement small features and enhancements based on requirements
  • Work with existing databases and ensure data integrity

Requirements

  • Solid experience with PHP and MySQL
  • Good understanding of web-based CMS systems
  • Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Able to read and work with existing code
  • Familiar with basic server concepts (shared hosting / VPS is a plus)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Experience with custom CMS or internal tools
  • Familiarity with API integrations and automation workflows
  • Basic knowledge of security and performance optimization
