香港JW萬豪酒店及The Aisle誠邀準新人蒞臨於2024年10月6日（星期日）在JW萬豪宴會廳舉行的 ‘The Moment is Yours’ 婚宴巡禮，探索多元化的婚宴場地及時尚雅致的婚嫁品牌展位、體驗手藝工作坊，並觀賞星級婚紗禮服匯演。

我們誠邀您與另一半結伴參加Vanna Vita的兩戴式耳環工作坊、香港JW萬豪酒店米芝蓮星級中菜廳萬豪金殿的綠惜婚宴菜譜嚐味體驗及Home Sweet Florist的迷你花束工作坊，讓您在籌辦婚禮的同時，留下甜蜜回憶！

Soon-to-be newlyweds are warmly invited to join the wedding showcase on 6 October 2024 (Sunday) at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, co-hosted by The Aisle. Be inspired by the magnificent wedding venues, esteemed wedding brands, engaging activities, as well as the highlighted wedding gown fashion catwalk show.

Make your big day preparations a joyous affair by taking part in the Two-way Earrings Workshop by @vanna___vita, Eco Wedding Menu Tasting by Michelin-starred Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong or the Mini Bouquet Workshop by @homesweetflorist.

新人將於此配飾工作坊中親自製作一對可用於日常休閒或婚禮造型中的兩戴式耳環。
此兩戴式耳環鼓勵新人們於日常重複使用為婚禮準備的配飾，減少浪費與婚禮相關物料，並鼓勵以不同的方式使用物資。

Two-Way Earrings Workshop

Workshop Information:
In this workshop, you would create a set of earrings which could be used in two ways for either daily casual use or for wedding looks. The workshop encourages use of accessories in different ways to avoid wastage after the wedding.

綠惜婚宴菜譜嚐味體驗

香港JW萬豪酒店全新推出的「綠惜婚宴菜譜」由米芝蓮星級中菜廳萬豪金殿的廚師團隊設計，悉心炮製的佳餚以本地、有機及可持續食材入饌，締造一場永誌難忘的環保低碳婚宴。於婚宴巡禮活動當日，賓客可參與綠惜婚宴嚐味體驗，淺嚐菜譜內的其中六道精緻菜式，包括葡汁焗釀藍花蟹肉、蠔皇南非鮑魚、雞油陳皮蒸花尾龍躉或藍鑽斑、蟲草花瑤柱甫鱈魚膠燉北峰雞湯、方魚湯帝王白蝦雲吞及薏仁紅豆沙。

Eco Wedding Menu Tasting

Workshop Information:
The talented chefs from the Michelin-starred Man Ho Chinese Restaurant present a brand new ‘Eco Wedding Menu’ that marries culinary excellence with environmental commitment. Organic, local and sustainable ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to orchestrate an eco-friendly banquet and reduce carbon footprint. Guests will have the opportunity to sample six delicacies on offer in tasting portions by joining the exclusive menu tasting during the wedding showcase. Highlighted dishes include Baked Crab Meat in Portuguese Sauce, Braised South African Abalone in Oyster Sauce, Steamed Giant Garoupa or Speckled Blue Garoupa with Tangerine Peel and Chicken Oil, and Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, Conpoy and Cordyceps Flowers.

Attendance: 18-20 guests

迷你花束工作坊

新人將於此花束製作班中親自設計及以當季花材製作插在小花瓶中的獨特迷你花束。製作班中我們除了會使用玻璃花瓶代替傳統的塑膠或紙質包裝之外，亦會於花材上包括一種名爲「空氣草」的環保植物。

Mini Bouquet Workshop 
by Home Sweet Florist @home_sweet_florist

Time: 4:45pm (30-45 min)
Venue: Level 3, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong

Workshop Information:

In this floral workshop, you could design and create your unique mini flower bouquet using seasonal flowers and have it arranged in a small vase. Apart from using a glass vase instead of traditional plastic or paper packaging to encourage the use of sustainable materials, we would also include Tillandsia air plant (空氣草) - a type of sustainable plant in the bouquet.
